I’d never use apple as it’s a rage provider. But I know they have a built in spoofer now and if you inject it late or don’t inject it at all will cause instant shadow bans.

I used Kernaim and mobius, I never had any performance issue

PO has next to no impact.

I’m pretty sure all 3 are external.
And PO has recently added save configs but setting up configs only take 30 seconds anyways

All 3 are external as KS said.
PO has config saving, the other two don't. But it takses 15-30 seconds max anyway.
