I have a tenkeyless Logitech Pro and basically Dexter said the only thing that doesn't work is the switching to scoped weapon on his Warzone/MW version but you can use the onscreen keyboard if you want to activate it. Can't remember what button it's missing.

Hello,

You need num lock and scroll lock for different recoil pattern such as full attachments and spray with scopes, but you can use the onscreen keyboard to activate those.
