It requires Reformat, it doesn't clean the traces for COD yet.

Some other bad spoofers / cleaners delete your files from your desktop and broke the search function on windows and also delete the game. With Alnex spoofer, it will delete only the traces files on your pc and it won't do any damage to your computer.
"Requires Reformat" means that the spoofer does not include a traces files cleaner for that specific game, so you have to format your pc to clean the traces. If you don't, you won't be able to play again as the anti cheat doesn't look only to your hwid, it will detect traces files on your system, and it will ban you again immediately.
