make cr. 20 start,eliminate theat fking quests... this i run from EU
make honor class 10 or 11... also is a stuped ideea to start from 0...
sry... no set start,like on UnitedCabal or others...
If i see this changes,i play too

This is a joke server ,sucks with quest,massive lagg, uprgade 5* fail for + 3 ,
drop very low,alz very low,alz shop very expenzive,invertory shop 7 mill for 12 hour : .
1 good on this server "happy birthday" rings,but u cant buy becose 250mill .. so u can look just in shop . On this server can play just gm friends from russia -.-.In dg drop from red box just white items -.-
