cabal pserver without centos?

i hope this is the right section....^^
can someone tell me if there is a way to make a server without centos or something else? so that the server is running on win xp....
i want to play with a friend on our own server and i tried it with centos already but my friend can't connect -.-
so maybe someone can help me^^

no...you cant make cabal server without centos ... check the firewall settings

Yeah Vip3ra have got right.
it's immposible.
You need all Files for the server if not u'll see that the server won't start.
So just follow the tutorial and be patient to download all files.That's the key to a good pserver. To read the Tutorial 10x ^_^

oh and GL & HF with your server ^^
