how can this be offtopic when im asking about cabatoolz setup help.. -.-

but anyway to the question...

ive got the cabaltoolz v3.1 ye ..and you the "CABAL News" section on the main page... how do i make it work ? i mean i got all vbulletin and phpbb forum..
but i add the link on config.php in my web but it keeps saying that it cannot connect to msql or sumtin.. :///

and please dont tel me this is offtopic lol...
