fail to connect to server information. Pls restart launcher

omg....I keep getting this message "fail to connect to server information. Pls restart launcher" whenever i start cabal. Basically, i start cabal, the updater appears yet nothing but a black rectangle shows. After like 3 min, the background appears with the update bars empty saying fail to connect to server......

Also, I cant press the start cabal (probably because it failed)
I live in the us, im using cabal us. My firewall is off, got good internet, but it doesnt work.

One last thing. I have noticed that I have to reinstall the game like 3 times to work. Then after 2 uses, it fails again. I have tried this three times already..

Any answers???

Turning you firewall off isnt a good sulotion cuz sometimes they were still working at the background.
launch your firewall and open the ports cabal needs - maybe then it works.
and quit every program in the background.
