WTT lvl 112ak for lvl 110+ character in Cabal NA

This is lvl 112 Azure Knight shield/sword and dual built.
The gear on ak is:
+7 lvl 95 sword 3x5% curse dmg (250mil cost)
+4 Asca helmet 4x25 med (40mil cost)
+6 Asca armor 4x25 meds (150-180mil cost)
+7 Cyrus pants (150mil cost)
+4 Valder gloves L3 (50mil cost)
+7 Valder boots L3 (200-250mil cost)
2x lvl105 axes with 3x4%mixed gems in each
Wings of holiness (50mil)
Also about 30mil dil
Some more things in stash that cost some good dil also.
Still has about 2k auto mana pots
Current stats: attack 2.9k with shield/sword and 3.3k with dual axes
2.2k Def with Sword/shield 1.9k def with dual.

No ty:/ don't really need any of these and I had an offer of 250$ before I turned it down only because I want a cabal character preferably warrior or force shielder 110+ on mercury. If no one offers warrior or FS i will accept other classes.
