He has more items of the same type.
There somewhere is "Auto Insert",if you check it,everytime when you sell 1 item another one will go in that place,if both are same.
Example:
If you have 3429874239487 UCH in your inventory, use just 1 slot in your personal shop and check that Auto Insert,if anybody will buy the UCH you used on personal shop,another UCH from your inventory will go there and ppl can buy untill all UCHs are gone.
