Cabal Global is a fair new cabal server, and coders have no interest in making new hacks for it ATM, since their main problem is the xTrap/GG of USA/EU.
And they have to get a proxy too for making them (if they are in the countries that already HAVE a official server)
So, either do one yourself, use a pixelbot (somebody confirm this, i don't know if it works if the server has some kind of protection), or wait for a hack/cheat.
