What would be the best way to avoid cabal from tracking an item?

selling it off Aution house?

making a lvl 1 char and then delete it once the item leave that char?

when trading the item dont trade at all but drop it and have the other char pick it up ?

well im interested on this because cabal banned me after i scammed someone.
