well deleting gameguard folder wont always help
when i played cabal with very low pc i couldnt get rid of it too
but if u have good pc probably it will help

421 is the code you get when the server doesn't receive heartbeat from GameGuard. With fixedmain there's no GG and thus no heartbeat.

Thread you got it from says the exact same thing though..
