What does GM/AOE mean.

I know this s a noob question, but what does GM mean when I toggle it with a trainer.
I also know that GM means Game Moderator or Game Master and AOE means Area of Affect.

But when I toggle it nothing seems to happen..
Just confused on what the GM part of the hack.

GM is needed to enable the AOE hack, if GM is not enabled, the AOE hack won't work.
