they arent giving permanent bans on first time. I had top1-10 times on almost all dungs and still got unbanned with this support answer

They still give permanent bans for the first time, my WA got banned permanently After the warnings already had been introduced. But it seems like they are a bit loose with their rules. Some people get 1 warning, some people apparently get 2 warnings, some people get no warning.. Unfair if you ask me.
