[Release] Full Cabal English patch for Chinese Client

Here go i am translated the last thing "THE UI" now here is a patch with the other 95% patch + ui english patch, and it came with a .bat file to start cabal without the launcher, if you want open the bat with notepad and see how to do it and put on a shortcut if u like.

Great and I was hoping this would never get released. >__>
Now the morons will flood our server saying stuff like "all Chinese are xxxx" or "eww omfg why is this client in Chinese!!!????" even though they are playing on a Chinese server because they're too dumb to play on other servers. Oh wait they've already infested Wudijt. <.<

but to me thsi patch isnt necessary i use english client , but Wudijt dont accept mine version but other servers without client version check i can login with a cabal usa client 1.0.0.22

I am from Poland and i now got 3 chinese friends who are speaking english ;]
And i dont think your country are dumb.

Unfortunately there are many people on this server who are like that. If you ever play on this server you would see many people who say really rude stuff in shout channel, even though they are not even supposed to be playing here. I hope GM implement some sort of Chinese test on this server >.>, or maybe even IP block. If you're going to insult the server's nationality logically you don't deserve to be there in the first place.
