Some of Sword/Magic Skill might not working with Clear Skill Cooldown, if you are below Transcender.
You Need to Reach Transcender for you to use all skill on Clear Skill Cooldown.

If you hear some High/Low Pitch Sounds, that means On/Off or Cheat Activate.
if you hear nothing after pressing the key, the cheat activation can be viewable in your character.

i did it but when i use my skills with no CD and others i took DC
well its working fine with me.
you will get DC if you spam to much skill.
do not activate both no skill delay and clear skill cooldown, because if you hit the mob by single skill, it will spam and make you dc.
just Poke (Ctrl) NSD is your (F5) clear skill cooldown are active..
do not spam to much skill..
