please do these steps for this twinr version (Twinr 3.1.15):
1st: run cabal manually using the launcher.
2nd: run twinr
3rd: log in twinr
4th: log in cabal

*if xtrap error message appear, close everything, redo everything starting from step 1

Never try this crack work or not but u can try download HCrtl.dll from google and put the file in the same folder(twinR).
U can give it a try..Maybe it work
