read the manual the first post.

Toggle	Hotkey	Effect
ON/OFF	LShift + F12	GM/AOE/Range
Poke	Numpad -	Increase AOE Wide (Need GM)
Poke	Numpad +	Increase Range (Need GM)

activate GM/AOE/RANGE by pressing LShift + F12 default value of Range and AOE are 0, you need to press Numpad - to increase AOE and numpad + for range.
