To Freeze a value you need to tick off the box in front of the value, I won't do a tutorial on how to tick off a box.

when i try to open CE get Acess violation at adress 00409B2A.Write on adress 00401000 and yes i have OmegaArma bypass.

For No delay hack i need to freeze a value mean tick off the box in front of value and for value i must write 1629413 and i must scan it ye? that why i cant find adress for that hack?

No, you just need to tick it off while standing still, I got the pointer for it, so it automaticly has the right value in it.

ye i stand etc i wrote that nr click box nr 1629413 changed to 0018DCE5 and i start scan and found 0 adresses. that dunno it is ce fault or im doing ****.

In his table there are pointers set, there is no reason for you to be scanning for anything. The simplest advice I can offer is, dash once then wait 1 second and freeze the no delay value (Click the box to freeze).
