When your account get banned or blocked... The 1st thing you'll do is to visit here
Log-in your banned/blocked account..., on the upper right you'll find HELPDESK there, click on it then FILL UP certain info there for there reference...
Then submit...

Guys, better submit that ticket ASAP as the time your account been banned/blocked. This will be a HINT to the E-games team that your not (AFK=means your very suspicious on using things such as Bot) as soon as they receive your ticker urgently that would be a big chance that your banned/blocked account will be unbanned/unblocked...

Reminders: in filling a ticket, on the Problem section, don't ever say anything bad against the E-games team. Be nice to them.

Then we get unbanned/unblocked.

a big YES for that questions... my friends has been unblock and other one was unbanned... and YEs also for me i'm so happy that even i cheat on the game, i also cheat their gms/mods even their officer by that kind of ticket...

guys, if this not working on you..maybe it differ with the format of ticket you made... be realistic on story making

i got a reliable source.... he said that banning in PH..is not accurate...

they have an auto ban system... so if your not even using third party program

you'll be ban ^_^....

many had quitted in mercury... they go in egames... talk to the childish GM and staff...

coz when they really detected the b0t may account should be ban too.. right?

well on cabal ph, the GM's said that they forward log files to the korean devs and let them check for suspicious accounts, they check time of dc, skill cooldowns, etc. in short it's up to the said koreans who gets a ban hammer. they won't let you see the logs(if ur banned) unless it calls for legal actions. I heard innocent players(which has reputation to protect online) got banned too, well we wouldn't know. I got 2 friends in real life who got banned too(one is our guildmaster), obviously bec. of botting so i think the banning of accounts are accurate.

Game master didn't replied my ticket but the e-games team...hence, e-games team forwarded my tickets to the cabal game master for reference/investigation purpose...then back to the e-games for decision making... and puff!!! it becomes cococrunch!!!

hmmmm after 3 hours they'd reply'd me...as wat ive said...you'l do it asap as your account get banned
