about dims and stuff you can just give Dev permissions to everyone after creating account , this way everyone can get everything they want like items/book and stuff .

This is a pvp server.

We don't want pve animals that spawn random **** and then become op in pvp lol.

You cannot trust random people.

well you see , you can't really spawn something more OP other than just lvl 63 epic weapons , but i think no one will spawn epic 63 since uniq is better for PVP . but yh trust is something you don't give to everyone ")

You can spawn a lot.
Legendary armor, gm items, invincibility ring, legendary gm rings, souls we don't allow, crystals.
Neither we allow heikes wrath or glenns pride.

In short, no smart person would allow that.
