Apparently I cant reply to private messages, since nothing happens when I send them. Therefore Im gonna paste here the content of the message:

"1st : Im sorry I didnt get back to you earlier, apparently my reply got "lost in the captcha". Im willing to provide any specific info you need regarding the ban, all I can think of has been posted in the thread...

2nd : As to the problem with login, it happened to me a few days ago already, I wasnt able to log (I was getting the if your internet connection is working properly send us the debug file). So I erased the full directory, installed and updated again and it worked. I got the same problem a couple hours later and I went to the elitepvpers pots (the announcement release one) where someone said your website was down, which it was. I assumed that was the problem.
However when you said login was fine today, I tried to install again and didnt work. But i had forgotten to remove the previous installation... now Ive erased it, reinstalled and it´s working. My guess is that it has to do with saving configuration data.. our own user files. I have been using TOR, gpass and all sort of proxy software and I observed some malfunction sporadically when these are running so it may have to do with this. Let me know if you need the old installation files (or perhaps only the debug file) Since it replicates the error. Peace. "

Any answer from developers - do I really need to create a new account? I can't restore password or login, but system says that user with such data already exists (when try to create new profile with the same data).

Our Trial package has been extended for 99 years. Now you can enjoy the bot as long as it remains in the beta testing phase for free.

I get "invalid ikariam credentials" while trying to log with any account (spanish servers). It logs fine when I use a normal browser. I have tried with a fresh install of Ikariam manager too.

You can login now using your current accounts. No need to create new accounts
