APB: All Points Bulletin

I think APB is a very awesome game. Concept is great, I like the ideas (even the payment method, more later).
Environment
Finally a game where you can go "everywhere". When someone is chasing you, you can just get out of the car and vanish into the maze under the freeway or in some backyards, running around corners or hide in the shopping center.
Even chasing is fine, since you have to think where you have to go to eventually cut off your targets route.
At least its not that boring slay-creatures-until-you-just-wanna-throw-that-damn-game-out-of-the-window thing.
The districts size is also fine for me. Its big, but after some playtime you are able to remember some routes, points and places.
Last but not least its just an awesome feeling when you pass a big shootout scene with exploding cars, playing bullets or having a hot pursuit all over the place, while you and your mates are listening to the music YOU tune in. Awesome.
Community
Ive been into some betas. World of Warcraft, Aion, Neocron, Ragnarok Online, Anarchy Online - whatever game you can imagine.
And in every beta (especially the open ones) community sucked for different reasons: idiots, hackers, haters, "im-better-than-you-since-i-have-no-reallife"-"progamer".
Sure, in APB there are also some of the people mentioned above, but not THAT MUCH. And this is an open beta! I really cant wait for the next two months to pass. Because then only the serious playing players will remain.
Hacking
I cant tell if those rumors about the "big hack attack" in APB are true. The theory of the people is: APB is using punkbuster(?) which is (so they say) easy to circumvent. I dont think that there will be much people hacking in the final stage of the game. For the following reasons:
-> APB stated that they will hunt down cheaters, they sound very concerned about that
-> APB will not have a player base like World of Warcraft - what results in few people who will be able to develop hacks / cheats.
-> Once banned for cheating, you will have to spend some bucks to get a new copy of APB. I think thatll dampen the cheaters euphoria.
Technical Stuff
My computer got an AMD Phenom X4 945 inside. 4 GB RAM and one Radeon 4870. When entering a district, I see the loading screen for 10-20 secs. 20 secs when entering a disctrict for the first time since I launched the game, 10 secs when Ive already been into that district before in the same game session. So basically its fine for me. I can import my whole music folder in APB (11 GB) while participating in some big shootouts with exploding cars, hell of a lot effects, blah blah with ~45 fps @ 1650x1050, max details and 4x AA (or was it AF?) on Windows 7 x64.
But I also noticed that other people with "weaker" systems can go sleep while waiting for the toon to enter the district. Yesterday I played with one random fella and it took him like TWO MINUTES to see the spawn-location-map. That was horrible.
Also, when you are in the clothing customization / character creation / car customization screen and you tab to desktop, you cant reenter the game. It just wont maximize again.
Customization
There is NOTHING more to say then OH MY GAWD ITS AWESOME! You own music, your own 8-second-haha-hear-how-it-feels-to-be-killed-by-me-track, own symbol, BLAHBLAH, which is giving you a HELL of possibilities to make yourself UNIQUE (and also your CLAN!).
This game is great, its exactly what I waited for. And if RTW is going to implement some event stuff or "special" missions -> byeybye reallife!
