Item dupe?

Recently reading a thread on reddit's blade and soul community there was a multiple ban on some players dupping items as shown on this image:



As far as I have been reading they tricked support to restore items from accounts that were "hacked", so somebody have idea what really happened?

The Support doesnt restore Hacked items.

Maybe they used a Packet Tool but then all the items are actually 'Fake' cause its only local.

Edit: Just saw He got the items from a Trade so i dunno.
