Credit Card Payment Saved At NCSoft Account

I got amazing question :P, earlier I saved my credit card at my account ,
there must to be any way to remove it or need to speak with NCSoft support for that ?

there is a "cancel subscription" link button, but they set it almost same color as the background, it is pretty hard to see
