Launcher bug?

Hey got a little problem, whenever i start the game my Launcher then looks like that


so i always have to end it via taskbar which is no big problem just a bit annoying

Try the English version of the launcher. AFAIK you can set up languages separately inside the "Einstellungen" part of the launcher itself.

If it is not fixing this mess, rename your BnS folder (NCSOFT > BnS) to NCCRAP, deinstall the game via windows deinstall, reinstall the game, same path where you've installed your game files, do not re-download the game, revert back the folder's name to it's original state.
If this isn't fixing it, either go for the support, use a batch file (which skips the IP save **** and the launcher instance) or ignore it :b

changing the language did it, the word "einstellungen" ist probably too long which is why it blocks the "minimize" and "exit" buttons
