Destroyer is 49lvl and has over half exp gained so almost 50lvl. I collected most of evolution items you would need to upgrade. Has lot's of other stuff in warehouse.
There is also 35lvl KFM and there is third slot if you want to create more characters.

I am using the email myself. I checked and it seems I can't change email right now. But according ncsoft email change is available after 90days. I created this acc on 2016-1-18 so by my calculations it will be changeable after 2 days.
I didn't add more protection or billing adress so it will be like your own. You can wait or get it now. Your choice.
