No matter which version you prefer (injected or hooked), just don't use flagged apps e. g. Cheat Engine, WPE. As far as I can tell, speedhack is resulting into an insta ban. Macros won't, if not mistakenly spamming them until your client freezes or even worse.. just get used to the delay parameter for ani-cancel. Other than that, mutliclienting seems to work, since through my last ban, the account on my VMWare was still active.
Check our fellow bots ingame. Go to Deva. There are few bots, even a Lv45 HM1 DES bot, they ain't clipping/glitching anymore, ergo, no speedhacking. That is how they keep themselves undetected, since keystrokes sender/pusher ain't detectable, thus not banable.

* Logitech G-series Keyboard Profiler (Profiler is required to use G-keys and any features) This software is no longer blocked.
* Mal Updater - (Reason unknown) Makes the software freeze and impossible to use
* Media Player Classic - Media doesn't play correctly and ends up crashing

* NetLimiter - Detected as a game hack, even if you stop the service and kill the process

* TokyoShot Screenshotter - (Reason unknown) Making it impossible to use the mouse for captures

* VNC. Almost all VNC servers, such as RealVNC (does not block or shut down, but disables input)
* Vue Series Rendering Software - (Reason unknown) Attempts to close the software without further notice, if GameGuard is unable to close it the system freezes. Results in loss of all unsaved data and currently render progress.

Bullshit. Ran like 1 week with gameguard, testing the "what is possible and what not", clearly, it still detects cheat engine and such, but not any macro or modified files (upk hacking, config file changes, translations, etc).
Disabled GG since march the 9th, yet running fine, even better, no microstutter due to constantly checking of the active GG process.
So it is clearly false saying "when GG not running, you will dc", no, you won't.
And a server won't ping a client of any protection is running or not. Just makes no sense. That's all external handled.

So in other words, anything that modified the code (for example my BNSMD2 Patcher, which is an AOB finder and replacer) can get you banned regardless of what type of code it modifies
