Stopp working (Crashed) when starting? That's odd. That shouldnt happened.
If there's no internet, when its checking for new update. It should however notify you that It was unable to connect to the update server.

When it crashes again, post here the screenshot of the expanded crash-window so I can take a look.

What do you mean Ru Support?
Upload here the Config.dat for Russia and paste also the directory of the game since I have to know where to copy the moded config.dat.

Does this run gameguard too?
Cause i want to use key scripts and i dont want to get detected (autohotkeys)

Macro is oK, dont believe those ******** in Official BnS Forum. They are just trying to scare you.

AutoHotkey & AutoIt works 100% without detection.
Otherwise, they will have to block Razer Macro as well if the intention is to block Macros in general.

Again, those ******** in Official Forum just tries to scare you because they've been defeated by players in PvP whom using Macros.

And to answer your question, it launches Gameguard.
That's the most safest way, do not ever attempt to alter, remove or block gameguard. Its risky.

However, I may have a solution to remove gameguard as well, its just not public.

UPDATE NOTICE

On Vengeance 2.2 update, it appears the XML files are being encrypted.
Any information about decryption is greatly appreciated.
