try to google it and will find at least 5-6 undetected cheat engines to try but also and the way to make one from you own.

I searched and could not find any that worked, could you help me?
I'm a little dumb on this issue of creating one myself and the tutorials on how to create one I did not understand anything

for horse speed, get up on your horse press P to open horse profile and then on cheatengine you will see the current values.

Yeah man i did that i think my UCE is a bit bugged cuz its an older version 6.3

Forgot to add sleep(), it's fixed now. Tested, it shows around 8-13% cpu usage for me.
