BattleBit "YOU WERE KICKED BY ANTI CHEAT" Discussion
Many people who play the game, both legit players and hackers are having the same problem. It just bothers everyone. It's like a big issue that we all need to solved. People everyday report to me that they are getting kicked, but even if not having the cheat loaded. It's happening to so many players everyday. Forums are infested with posts about these disconnects. Sometimes if not most of the time... quiting and re launching the game again works, but then I have to re do it again if I want to play another match.
I've found some troubleshooting from the BattleBit official discord server, it has some stuff we can try.
below is the information from the discord:
1. Start the Game from BattlebitEAC: Sometimes, launching the game through BattlebitEAC can solve the problem. This might sound a bit technical, but it's like using a different door to enter the game. It will launch EAC first with battlebit and fix your issue. This is a common issue with EAC games.
2. If you using custom language file - get rid of it and you're fine.
3. Make sure that you don't have EAC entries in /etc/hosts (which was needed for Star Citizen for example).
4. Ensure that absolutely NOTHING blocks EAC connection (antivirus/firewall/ISP).
5. Delete Certificates folder located in Installed Files > EasyAntiCheat folder and verify game files.
6. Change your IP by restarting modem/router or use private VPN/Cloudflare WARP.
If anything above doesn't help - then i'm sorry. I hope someone in the comments can give us a better troubleshooting he tried.
