NEED HELP WITH Atlantica Online Server V3.02.11

I have downloaded files from this forum and set up the server and when I try to log in the server says :
1) requesting authentication from the login server
or
2) attempting to connect to the login server
or
3)Please check our official website
or
4)Failed to address login server

Tried to use EditPro 7 to open the ServerIP.ndt
and this is how it looks like (inside)

Notepad++

Tried to use ndt-tool.exe by "x123x123x" or "HighGamer"
still, don't help me.

Start program AtlanticaTool.exe
Press button Unpack Folder NTX\NDT.
Select folder client\server.
Wait ended work decode.

Open any .ntx\.ndt file in notepad++

where is the program AtlanticaTool.exe? I don't have it in the files.

maybe its something wrong with server files, in sql, or so.

Is the ServerIP.ndt file on the server and client the same?
Which IP is specified in the Master Server configuration?
Is the login and password entered correct?

What 's in the account table? In this case is interested in whether there is a testacc account, its MD5 hash password and its master level.

created new MD5 hash password and now its work. thanks for the helping me out

I forgot and can't find where to edit the party EXP of each mercenary, skills, house skill exp.
And The Atlantica Crashing every time when Main Character is leveling up after 120, and if I upgrade the mercenaries then it crashes too. Any way to fix that ?
