[Buying] Team Avatar/Logo (Details in post)

Dear ElitePvPers & Grafic Designers,

I'm looking for an e-Sports team logo.
So not to flashy and not too many details.
Preferably a shield form as a base, and a custom design inside of it.

For example something like this:

Without the flashy background, and just the shield and the inside.
With of course a different logo and text.

Wishes & Info:

Team name: Team Norton
Logo inside: Be creative, sent me some examples i'll tell you yes or no.
Logo width: 500x500
Preferably made by using illustrator for some future plans we have in mind.

I would like to see some examples, and once done, the finished work.

Depending on the time you've put in, i will pay the amount you ask for (If reasonable)
Expecting honesty, and money wont be a problem.

Will be glad to hear and see from some of you!
