Gameguard issue on Archlord Justac

Hello Community,

i have an issue with starting Archlord Justac.
After entering name and pass the game want to connect to the Game guard update server and it fail.

Message:
Game Guard update server connection failed. Try again after a while or check your network condition.

I checked it and tried it serveral time with break between.

So no login possible.
Does anybody had this problem or have a solution for it?
Whould be great, because after a new update from justac its now impossible for me to login with my second computer. Now all blocked because of the Gameguard issue. I do not know if any correlation exist here.

Can please someone help me.

Uninstalls on your pc before launching AL and tests

Delete Anti Vir Program

He dont need to delete antivirus program im using avira and he tell me only aubhook.dll is virus and i added it to exception list.

Delete complete gameguard folder and start game it will download it again

I deleted the Gameguard folder 10times and it installed itself on every new login via Client :-(

I do not have the aubhook.dll !!!

yes he need it because Anti vir sucks D


@Ecrof my Friend has the same problem but works now

look in your Al ordner if you have this files

GameGuard.des
Crash.DMP

if you need the files i can uplaod that **** for you

and sry for DAT English ^^

Thats what i call SUPPORT.

My Antivir programm Norton Internet Security put the aukbhook.dll file in quarantene.

I copied one and put it in the folder and.... it works
