Well i got a problem i can't type my char name. I can type my acc name and pass but when i got to char creation i can't type my char name so i can't create any char somebody else go this problem ?

some names are restricted, not only "Gmsomething" I think also "somethingrangersomething" etc

I assume you are using win xp. If thats the case install the language pack for asian regions and it will work i had the same problem.

reistall the game and make sure that your antivirus does not block the launcher.

I've added the launcher to my antiviruses exeption list, reinstalled and that resolved this problem for me... I dont know why it isn't working for you.
