he needs a larger team to manage. He should get atelast 5 or 6 ingame Gms, anad a few more developers to help him. If he runs it alone hes gona run it into the ground
No. There shouldn't be in-game events like LMS or LPS on this server. You've all played Archlord because of how the retail is. No need to ruin it with event GM's that can spawn whatever they want and completely twist the game.
The Archlord community is the worst community I have ever seen when it comes to duping/cheating/hacking/glitching or trying to gain a competitive advantage. And that is EXACTLY why every single private server has failed. Incompetent GM's and a dishonest player base.

You can move a bit but it gets rollback and u can't get drop, just talking to others and attack whitout drop xD

And when u log again the same account (on another client, you won't reach world but back on first client), you can still see the first client others are talking but you can move around everywhere but won't talk and won't interact.

ok i know the server is down, but when i click start and type user / pass, the game client crashes giveng some strange error with all ???????? inside of it. Anyone else facing this?

No , try running with run as admininstrator if still same problem then try turning off antrivirus cuz maybe it is interfering with launcher
**** loguim the server crashed and so far is not returned in the character selection screen and not log into the server because the server administrator not restarte server soon!!
