if your mail is chagned and you dont know your pw there is no help

but i heard some1 have method to do it. last time when i still logged to this acc i can log to game but now im logged out and cant do anything;/

Like stolica55 already said, there is no help when you dont know your password.

But if you can log in, and you want to change you email you need to go to My Account in the upper left. Below is the current E-Mail adress and right is a small button "Change" click on that and it will ask you for your Password and Secret Question. If you did that correct it will send an activation link on your email adress.
