no, u cant make lvl 5 stones, dont know if it will come with an update. u were able to get lvl 5 stones from event, thats all i know

or do the buddy missions...it´s the last mission there (after lv 110 mission)
pretty impossible cuz i think noone will kill exohas mop thousand times... (without having glitched)
