try buying the game, and paying monthly for it, then paying for cc.
and now its possibly the crappest supported game ever. and really its still in beta.

But anyway, I guess we all had some fun with that game.
Archlord`s time is over. Now its time for other games like Conan and Warhammer online etc.

but i admit it was fun. in ep1 it was the best probabbly the most fun ive ever had on a game.but then during ep2 beta test i know what was gonna happen. then i quit, then i started messing about,botting and so on. couldnt take it seriously.
and the fact the cc was costing me more in a month that it does to play WoW ****** me off lol

i don't care if it links to me personally in the game.. and * i don't care about my language in this post as those reading it have agreed to consent of being 18 right? not that age matters ;P anyway.. I beta tested too.. and fyi a 65 ranger can defeat balor on small pinks and XL with weak *** equipment if played right..

on to the point during episode 2 I payed 15$ to cog and bought 3 white angel wings. (lasts 2 weeks at the time.. ) well a week and half after i Paid real of my own money for it.. Codemasters decides to sell wings 3 to a box set for 3600 .. my wings value i paid in chantra credits was 2000... upon their conversion they removed all single set wings...

Yes this means they took the wings I had + the 2 wings in my chantra inventory.. 2000 cc value... I am really tempted to fukin sue them for stealing.. because i Paid real money for in game items, and cog took them away.. where the *** is my reimbursement...?? tell me plz! there is no F'n excuse.. I was basically robbed in game.. by the Game itself.. meaning it was theft...

That is my #2 reason for leaving the game, although it's a #1 reason too...

The original reason was I was a lvl 50+ during the first ever seige battle for a castle.. the lag was so intense.. many clicked a spot and 15 seconds later was half way across the screen in a different spot.. it's bullshit for this game to have ever charged per month or sold itself for $$ a game should NOT BE ABLE TO RELEASE IF THE CLIMAX POINT OF THE GAME CANNOT BE PLAYED! In this case, as i said, old-timers referring to long time players of Archlord.. (i bought when it was 50$) and just was coming out of pay per month during the free month of play provided with the game...

Ask yourself if you walk down to the store and buy a game, install it, and come back the next day your discs are gone.. is that not theft? I payed cash off my card for chantra ingame credits.. to see less than 2 weeks later cog removed my items with no reimbursement of credits for the items even.. that is theft..

*Very very very angry ... now you all can understand (this is aside from personal reasons for being out of the forums for a while.. )

i mean the guys advertised the game u can be archlord and blah blah sieges and blah blah but THE FKING MORONS had nothing of that at ep1 basically we paid for nothing cause we couldnt be archlord or siege castles... So they lied to sell their game

true that ep1 was false advertisine because you couldnt do certain things.
and yes that is false advertising.
also the who price changing on cc was a little on the wrong side. (no company puts the price up on old items)
and there is alot of things that CM have done which are questionable.
sadly though if you try to take legal action, CM win.
how do i know?
well i sent them a letter regarding, false advertising, data protection act, and identity theft.
due to the fact that my account (which i hadnt played for 8 months) got banned, and the reason was, click and buy, after speaking to CM and click and buy, it seems somone used false card details and made an account in my name after gaining access to my game account. IDENTITY THEFT.
so i sent a mail to codemasters warning them of legal action. stating the law and how they are breaking it.
and suprise suprise.
17 accounts banned. and no reply from cm.
and they can do this because there are alot of special "loop holes" for CM to use when things go wrong, see the TOS.
really the best anyone can do is leave the game before they spend too much on cc, or get your account hacked,banned or lose items in game.
the servers will be pretty dead next month after AoC and ROHAN, and then by the time ep3 comes out i think more will leave due to Warhammer and WoW's WotLK expansion.
advice to anyone is.
1 - sell your in game items (pre order or very rare items) for gold.
2 - sell the gold for real money.
3 - then sell your account.
