technically, if u do it without botting or any ****
if u play serious.. i got a knight to lvl 30 in 7 hours, an archer to 30 in 5 hours and an ele to 30 in a day -_- lol
each class depends on the skills u get, for archers, they have strong buff and attack skills right from the start so its easier to lvl archers while elementalist have their first aoe at lvl 22 which is a long way..
i can make an account with 3 different characters all lvl 30 in about 3 days... if u wanna buy it im hapy to sell it :P

i got my archer from level 1-17 in one day, its not hard lol, if it was level 100 then you can sell it for some money

Haha yes the good ol days. You can make a toon to lvl 26 in about 2 hrs and lvl31 in about 4hr 30min. Of course with talisman on. I got a hunter to lvl40 in 2 days. So if you want me to make you a toon for say 15$ to lvl 40 will do.
