I have a Sorc Realm top 3/3 all 3 stones are cast stones.

This means 15% cast speed and 15% cooldown. (also means a 100% cooldown and 99% cast speed build is possible)

I have no idea the price I would want for this item, please be aware you can not make this item anymore as the gold ticket system is now only for weapons.

I did not make this top but the kind guy who did spent a bomb in cc to make it

Depends on the class. But i think it's a Sorc or Mage top, if not the guy who made it isn't that smart ;D

why have more phy res or hp? you dont need it when you can cast 30+ halts a second do you ;p

No way halt can fail, 30+ times in a second with the right build... it'll be amazing if someone is still alive after halt even runs.

This top with the right build will be a monster weapon for who ever uses it.

p.s ask your selfs how much damage is done in 1 second on mobs

well you're sorc will be failed against knights and rangers. knight perma godlike ( yea you can buf when halted) rangers perma ele favour just waiting till you're halt fails and than you're 1 hit for them. better putted in 2 phys stones or so

ow yeah forgot to mention stones give +5 cast and cooldown so you won't be able to use shuta blode or luke because else you'll have overcast lol. sorcs at lvl 9x already need to watch out for overcast XD

so u cant halt all /fail again u halt 1 another 1 1 hit u rofl

well,
100% cd means you can click and click in the same second to cast the same skill again
no cooldown,, lol.
so you cast permanent halt, and i do not think that (ow my bad i forgot the mana, but man its sorc^^) you'd block halt forever ;p
