that should be safe as long as sm1 lets the guy start from lvl 1 and the payment comes after the char is rdy and got to the new owner

but then the MM should take the money in gaurantee ( bad english I know )
so let's say they make a deal.
u lvl to 70 I pay u 70 bucks
a MM takes the 70 bucks, and waits till deal is completed and stuff gets transferred,
that way nobody can get scammed.
