Ephemeral is probably the best in terms of performance from what I have heard but it is very expensive and slotted. I have not tried it myself.
Of the many externals the one I have liked the most was Exodus, they have a spoofer. There have been rumors of detections but I had no problems when I wasn't raging using their product.
You could also try Foxyz but they are slotted and you will most likely have to wait a long time.
Proofcore is probably decent but I don't give my ID to randos.

If you want the cheat to have a built in spoofer, proofcore is probably your best option.
If you're willing to buy a separate spoofer, ngrhook would also be a great option. I can give you a free key if you're interested in trying it out.
