using software cheese on apex means that you will be hit one days, can be months or even years but it will happen.
I lost my main because the software cheese I was using got detected. I used it for a year and a half, lost my acc with almost 2k hours on it and many heirlooms and so on
And about firmware, there is some ban wave targetting cfw from time to time. Since I started to use dma which is about almost a year now, I survived 2 cfw banwaves already
So just to say that using software cheese will not work in the long term
