its not a scam bro its legit . he is the developer of his cheat no OVERPRICE like reseller price .

Nothing so strange about it. More people deciding to use cheats and eventually find this forum.
For some, including me, the response from gator is very disappointing. Been sending emails for many times and not a single response. Don't get me wrong, for the first timer using cheats, the gator cheats works great, from setting to in-game usage. But he needs to improve his response, unless people will choose another seller.

as of today it's been over 2 months since I have ordered and payed for gta v cash...

I placed an order on June 15 and communication has been pretty.... not good. I've sent numerous messages and emails over the course of the two months but only managed to get a reply when I complained on the forum about the 2 month radio silence. Since then I've gotten a message saying that my order would get done shortly as well as a cash increase. Since then It's gone back to being quiet. It's even more frustrating reading that message now since he stated, "PC menu and service orders are welcome, as I'm caught up on those" on another forum.

I can't tell whether his system just had a glitch and cut me out or there's something wrong with my order but with the lack of communication I can't tell.
