You can use woofer no need any windows reset or reinstall one time spoof work permanently.
Woofer will soon be rendered useless due to it not being able to spoof your disk drive serials.
As for the original post, windows 11 is going to rape all spoofers and there is nothing we can do about it, (you can look into tpm). Either go to windows 11, or use something like sync v2.
If you go to windows 10 use hwidspoofer.com I’ve never been banned with them.
