ok so for background I have not played apex with cheat for at least 1 year, just legit.
so, thought i would try this out, since it was a new cheat and it was very cheap.
I have used other cheat for apex before like 1-2 years ago, those cheat did have speedhack and other rage settings which I used sometimes for lols on some fresh accounts. With the use of that it took usually around 5-20 games before you got banned. With this cheat I got banned before I landed in the second game, first one I was just checking settings and setting the cheat up. Managed to get 5 kills in total before ban.
I would say it definitely is detected since it was that fast and it was not super blatant.
The aimbot also do not have much of a legit setting and there is no check if the target is in view or behind cover.
ESP works well for players, but there is no “in view option” and nothing for weapons or amor, very basic
I would give the aimbot 4/10, it’s a bit slow if you have it on the fire button, but if you don’t its way to blatant and targets through walls.
ESP 5/10
Spoofer 8/10 worked well, but crashes the comp a few times after restart (not unusual for spoofers). But made a new account and managed to play a few games without cheat so I guess it is safe.
For the above reasons I would stayaway for this product for now, at least until the dev fixes some of this.
I will update my review if there are any change.

On my second acc I managed to play 2 games without cheats won one middle second, then i started the cheat again to test it out. played as legit as possible (small fov and the aimbot only working when you shoot) got banned in the middle of the third game of using the cheat, most likely an detection since it is so fast.

today they banned me from their discord for leaving an honest review, they did not say anything or answer me.
Stay far away from this guy, definitely a scammer.
don’t have proof of it but i also think that GodHeartMe is the same dude or friends of the dude so stay away from him if you can, asked him a bit about the cheat and he was very positive and they both banned me at the same time on discord really strange.
