They literally have a private discord for all VIP members and are extremely quick about support. What are you on about?

Not for those who bought 1 day vip, there is no support at all. I tried pm 2 admin in discord and they never reply. Main reason i need their help because their hack launcher/console keep asking for my device verification, it worked after 10-14 times keep relaunching the console... i had go through this **** for 4 times in 1 day.. it's very annoying.

Oh i dunno about that. Its not 1 day VIP its just to try the program before you buy. They changed something with the hack (i got a notification when i did my device verification that said to re-download the hack). I re-downloaded it, re-verified and was good to go.
Its down currently for the patch but they notified that too.

We did not have much in place in regards to discord for trial users. The trial was originally intended to only be 3 hours to test the functionality of the program, we do not want people to simply be able to pay 1 euro and have access to our private community.
Yesterday we made updates to our system that required everyone re-download the loader. When you had to verify your account, a popup appear explicitly telling you to re-download the application before you re-linked your account (  ). So this did affect this. We DO have a discord for guests, and have responded to everyone in there. Its entirely possible you may have been the 1 person we overlooked, if so we are very sorry for that.
We started March 8th and have grown pretty rapidly since then and have done our absolute best to handle each and every individual request and concern since this day. Customer service is the foundation of our service along side security. Reach out to us on our guest discord again, we will compensate you for the troubles.
I recently joined these guys, and we have another support agent now too, DM me directly if you feel as though you aren't getting the support you need

This hack is by far the best one, I've used. The price is very affordable and there's no performance drop like other ones I've used. The aimbot is very accurate, visibility check is great. 9/10

Been using since March 11 and no ban, even after apex added the new report system. If I have a spectator, I just turn off aimbotting and use ESP.
Updates are extremely fast and staff is nice and speaks clear English.
A++ would recommend
