Yes it is pulling mouse down, and it is undetected since release unlike the macrokingz products that you vouch that much in each of their threads.
If someone needs both vertical and horizontal control i recommend to look at more advanced software - my Rust version, which is universal as well but although a bit more expensive. This one here is simple and reliable stuff for the most affordable price.

pulldown is useless in this game, you can do it very easly yourself, the side to side recoil is the thing
