It's a scam.

He will call you, and screenshare him playing with the cheat, however he wont show you the loaders name as he has purchased it and isn't the creator of it, so basically if you go ahead and purchase it, he will most likely give you a keylogger of sort and get you logins, which is what he has been doing in the past as many of the first posts are hacked pvp accounts.

If you wana get scammed go ahead, but I did warn you.
